Reinforcement 4.0 "Streamline" update
Éptár's Reinforcement is an Add-On program created for Graphisoft's Archicad. During planning, our solution provides the opportunity to reinforce concrete walls, slabs, beams, and columns with rebars, meshes and other reinforcement elements. With this Add-On, civil engineers can finally make full use of the possibilities offered by the Archicad program. An advantage of the solution is that reinforcement elements can be displayed and edited not only in 2D, but also in 3D. Reinforcement 4.0 can create a material list of all the reinforcement elements used in the design, which list contains information such as the diameter, length, type, shape, quality and weight of the elements. This information is indispensable when preparing a construction plan from a budget and construction point of view, and the user can easily extract this data from the plan using the tool.
The new version of Reinforcement, compatible with ARCHICAD 26 includes several new features that make the work of users even easier.
Changelog:
- Users can now automatically add reinforcements to beams instead of needing to do it manually.
- Users can now automatically add reinforcements to columns instead of needing to do it manually.
- The 2D representation of rebars have been expanded.
- Setting the bending direction of the rebar ends has been streamlined.
- Editing the labels of rebars in the floorplan can now be done separately for each label on the same rebar.
- Editing the labels of meshes in the floorplan can now be done separately for each label on the same mesh.
- It is now possible to select all items associated with a Cutting List by selecting the List itself, making it far easier to update, expand or reduce a Cutting List.
With this new update, Reinforcement just got even better.
