The appearance of the building is designed in the spirit of Mediterranean atmosphere and comfort. In accordance with this, natural materials are preferred, stone, wood, brick, plastered surfaces in earth tones, a house with a simple but not narrowly undecorated appearance. Structurally, strip slabs, masonry structures, covered with wooden slabs and wooden deck chairs are considered to be practical and traditional. The building was designed within the construction site bounded by the (front) side and back gardens, with the aim of providing as much space as possible for continuous green areas and a swimming pool. |
