The building fits into its surroundings in its installation and mass. Its appearance matches the neighboring historical monument villa and the other high quality villa buildings in the area. It does not try to form a contemporary counterpoint, but wants to meet today's needs based on the villa-building traditions of the villages on the shores of Balaton. The possibilities offered by the plot and the restrained ideas of the investor made it possible to design 22 apartments. |
